Why I do this…

I like researching. A lot. Not as a side hobby I tidy up for slides — as the thing I do when I want to understand a field well enough to trust my own next move. Over time that became a pile: notes on technologies, devices, companies, stacks, vendors, gaps, posters, blog drafts. The kind of collection you keep opening because it is faster than starting from zero again.

At some point I stopped treating it as private scaffolding. I decided to share the whole collection — the same one I use daily as a tool for myself. What you see on www.happyoverlord.com is not a product pitch dressed as research. It is my working map, published so other people can walk the same shelves: what exists, how pieces combine, and where the inventory still cannot support the claim.

Technologies stay separately reviewable. Stacks show how several combine. Gap views flag what is missing. The blog publishes one researched piece at a time. The point is a browsable catalog you can return to — the way I do — not another dashboard that forgets yesterday's reading.
