Decision Log
Written at the decision, never reconstructed. The campaign’s audit trail.
Purpose
A step with a good artifact and no trail has done half its job. The log is the trail.
Notes
One entry per consequential call (`D01`…). Quote the machine; record what the human did. Story and LinkedIn cuts reference ids, they do not invent them.
Skip
Do not fill the log after the week to look complete. Records written after the fact are worthless.
