A company ontology is a governed, persistent structural model of the organization: typed business objects, stable identities, explicit relations, history, and provenance. Humans, agents, workflows, and alternate visualizations all operate against the same model.
It is the substrate Dominir exemplifies and that Company Model / Memory OS requires. The organization is addressable — not reconstructed from documents each run.
Cases, approvals, and lead-time exposure need durable referents (project, vendor, estimate, baseline). Without ontology, truth collapses into documents and threads.
